GetMilliSec is NOT a classic app, it's an OS X osax. In fact, it was one of
the very first. It (v1.0.1) is certainly a PPC-only osax and, as such, would
run under Rosetta on Intel machines. So to use from Script Editor, you'd
have to restart SE under Rosetta to use it.
It's possible Transom may not have made a proper ScriptingAdditions folder
in ~/Library/.
