cleaning ^Z out of files

  • Subject: cleaning ^Z out of files

Hello,

Anyone have any thoughts on how I can clearn ^Z out of text file?

I have a user who moved a bunch Fortran code files off a Solaris box and onto a Mac. The Mac Fortran compiler is throwing errors because of the ^Z.

I've tried different ways of capturing it, but everything seems to fail.

thanks,
