You have to be making a confusion here. AFAIK className is widely[1] supported.

[1] In my framework, "widely" means: Safari + FF/Mac + FF/Win + IE6 + IE7. We Satimage-software are the engineers behind http://www.quomodo.com, and those are what Quomodo supports so far.
