On 7 Nov 2007, at 23:16, I wrote this about Bluetooth & AppleScript:
Yeah, it's easy. Use UI scripting with the Address Book.
Or it was easy... until I installed Leotard...
WTF have Apple done with Address Book?
They've removed all of the Bluetooth features so that you can no
longer do SMS, get notifications of incoming calls, automatically dial
out, send vCards to your phone - or BlueJack people!
I've also reported the removal of Airport modem dial up as a bug
because they've removed Internet Connect but neglected to add a
"Connect Now" button to any of the remaining Airport controls. So
users of dial-up Airports have no way of initiating a connection
unless there is a pre-Leopard Mac on the network.
So much for "seamlessly extending my Mac experience to the internet" -
I can't get the Airport to dial...
