Title: Re: Script Icons in Eudora menu bar
I have a set of applescripts which I use from Eudora's script folder. They are linked to buttons on the Eudora menu bar and have an icon displayed.

recently I edited a script from a single routine to one built with 6 libraries in SD4. I exported this as a flattened script.

However the icon would not display in the Eudora menu bar (although the button is there and the script executes correctly).

I found that the new script version is of Kind "Compiled OSA script(data -fork)" while the ones that display the icon are "Compiled OSA script (resource-fork)".

The source script (with libraries) in SD has the menu setting  File>Script Format>Compiled script (resource fork) checked but this is not what the file info displays, and I cannot force the resource fork option.

presuming that I am on the right track (dubious), as I don't understand the fundamentals, can someone explain what I am doing wrong or point me to an appropriate de-dummyfier.
