I have investigated that and dynamic URLs, which provide a full address when
the page opens, are one problem, the other is some some pages do a complete
redirect to a new page, but not as an error. In those cases we still want to
display the page.
(There are also websites which trap an invalid address within a specific
domain, but those are not an issue here, when this particular error appears
it always displays the default error page.)
