Bob,
In looking over the MacScripter article (439_0_10_0_C) which you mention, I
found it to be complete, thorough, and relatively easy to follow. There¹s a
LOT of information presented very succinctly there, so you definitely need
to read and follow the instructions carefully. Scanning or speed-reading
won¹t work.
I've been using Studio for several years and have found that it's not a joke
and is only slightly sadistic. :-) It's a viable tool that, with a bit of
patience, anyone can learn. You might consider giving it--and Ben Waldie's
article--a second chance.
