Hi Satya,

I tried googling to find such a script. But couldn't.
Can some one help me with some apple script which compares two directories?

Have you considered running the diff tool with the -r option?
If you type "man diff" on the Terminal, you get more information. Parsing the output of diff might give you what you need.
