We use Xcode 3.1 with (built-in) Subversion - there are a few bugs, but since there are only a few of us working on the project it works fine.

I think we can only commit one folder at a time in an AppleScript Studio project using this method- we can't commit updates for the entire project (which works fine with the Object-C apps we use subversion/xcode with). A little annoying, but still easy to work with.
