Subject: [MacinTech] program

Hi techers,
A business colleague "wrote a little program that beeps the computer's
bell once every five minutes."  It was for a pc.

Does anyone have such a program for their computer?  Or could someone

write such a thing for the Mac?
Basically it's used to prevent hand and wrist problems.

This person said it didn't take much to write it, but I wouldn't have
a clue
how to do it.  Perhaps someone knows of an already existing program?

Thanks in advance.
Emily Dangel
