Actually, no. The relevant definition is not in Apple's dictionary
(I'm astonished that that one was!); it's an extension of "borken":
borken: adj. (also borked) Common deliberate typo for ‘broken’.

There are a number of computer/Internet slang terms that come from
once accidental but now deliberate typos; my personal favorite is "cow
orker".

is borked. He probably signed up for too many email lists and
