"words of" separates on anything that might separate words in normal
text: punctuation, spaces, etc.
There's also "paragraphs of", which will probably do what you want in this case.
"Text item delimiters" is used when you ask for "text items of". It's
also what the items are put back together with when you ask for a list
"as text".
