Thank you for that.
I just got off the phone with the customer and, by walking him through, discovered that his permissions for the destination folder (Photoshop->Plug-Ins) had been set to Read Only for him. He doesn't know why but theorized it happened as a side effect upgrading to Leopard.
I have seen permission errors from the finder before, but the error number was -5000. Not sure of the difference.
And it was -8068, by the way, for the record.
