If I remember well the pathname starts with /Volumes/ when the file
is NOT stored on the boot volume.
If David is the name of an "auxiliary" volume.
posix file of "/Volumes/David/Documents/Devonthink Dbase/David's
DEVONthink Database.dtBase"
will return "David:Documents:Devonthink Dbase:David's DEVONthink
Database.dtBase"
but, if David is the name of the user's account, it will return:
"Macintosh HD:Volumes:David:Documents:Devonthink Dbase:David's
DEVONthink Database.dtBase"
because the given path is wrongly formed, it would be "/David/
Documents/Devonthink Dbase/David's DEVONthink Database.dtBase"
