Hello all.
I would like to create a dialog box script that, when launched, opens a message and prompts the user to press "Ok".

Was my answer from yesterday not satisfactory? Why do you repost?

Is there any way to "lock" the finder focus in on just this message apple script until the user acknowledges it by pressing "Ok".

If not, you could add a "giving up after ..." to the dialog. This makes the dialog disappear after the specified time. You could then open the dialog again. I think even the most intractable user would click your "OK" button when the message pops up every X seconds. ;-)

OTOH: I wouldn't like to be patronized in such a way.
