Hi all,
If you are running Leopard on a different language (not using us-
en), beware of the name of the menus. There was at least on the
French language a difference:
Tiger: Ranger par --> Nom
Leopard: Rangement --> Par Nom
That is something like Sort --> by Name in us-en. I activate that
sub-menu-item to make the icons in a certain order (here, sorted by
name).
My script crashed twice in the same line:
-- OK now for Leopard:
click menu item "Par Nom" of menu "Rangement" of menu item
"Rangement" of menu "Présentation" of menu bar item "Présentation"
of menu bar 1
Hello Émile
I already sent you this kind of advice:
If you wrote clean code: calling menu item by indexes, not by names,
you will not encounter these problems.
Apple sample codes are showing how the functions behaves, they are
not codes to reproduce as is ;-)
