I checked the web for tutorials and the nearest that came across was the Introduction to AppleScript Studio Programming Guide that's on the developer section of the apple. The problem is that as it says din the programming guide and i quote
"This document assumes that you have some familiarity with AppleScript and know how to write and execute scripts. Previous experience building applications with an integrated development environment is also recommended—familiarity with Xcode and Interface Builder is especially useful. Previous experience with Cocoa is not required, but can be helpful in understanding some of AppleScript Studio's underlying mechanisms " I don't have any of these. Is there any other tutorial, book online, etc i could use to start learning appleScript Thks, ____________________________________
G'day Gianpaolo.
If you haven't done so already, you'll fine the Applescript folder in your Applications folder. The first thing I suggest is to run Applescript Utility in that folder, and tick all three tick boxes. Then, open and read the example scripts.
