This script works just fine, except it won't actually make window 1 active - nor will the sort order stick unless you manually click on the front window.

On 13 April 2008, I filed a bug report on a similar problem where the order of windows is reversed when the QuickTime Player application is made invisible. NYF (Not yet fixed).
