Found out how to do it!

Oh man, is this easy, no scripting involved!!

You just set a user home directory in Active Directory --> Profile -->
Home Folder.

This places the user's network folder right on the dock! How freaking
cool is THAT!!!

I can now write a script to map the static folders or just let them
navigate to those since they are not hidden.
