The Languages and Plug-ins info slice was removed from Finder on the grounds that it was used by only a tiny fraction of users.  (And apparently was a security threat in the case of plug-ins.)  You can always use Show Package Contents, though of course that's not nearly as directed as the Get Info slice.  File a Radar asking to bring it back if you feel strongly about it.
