Hi Stephan,

It's (mercifully) been a long time since I've used the Acrobat 'do script' command. 

However, somewhere in the back of my mind I remember that you 'do script' used to fail if you used Unicode text - back in the bad old days I used to have to convert it to plain text. Not sure if you can still do that in AppleScript now it's Unicode-tastic.

Maybe that's something to investigate.
