I am looking for a workaround that will allow me to read/write data to/ from an Excel Workbook with multiple sheets.

I know that I can use the xlsread/xlswrite Matlab functions on Windows but I'm not sure how to implement this with an applescript and incorporate it into my Matlab code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
