Try this:
set myFile to ((targetFolder as text) & Excel_txt_FileName)
save as worksheet 1 filename myFile file format text Mac file format
with overwrite
There is a difference in Excel between the 'save in' command and the 'save
as' command. One difference is save in does not have an overwrite parameter
but save as does.
