I'm writing a command line utility that relies on the AppScript framework, but I just realized that the user would have to install the framework in order to use my utility. Is there a way to avoid that?

Under what circumstances would AppleScript's framework not be installed?

It's not that one, I'm using the AppScript framework: http://appscript.sourceforge.net/objc-appscript/
