Clean (re)installing AS - Snow Leopard

Hi List,

I believe my AS does not work, is very messed up (I cannot find various parts) and needs to be reinstalled (ScriptEditor, Scripting Additions, Standard Additions, ...). Is there a way to (clean) reinstall AS, without reinstalling the whole OS?
