FWIW, my problem with Courier in Terminal is that it's scaling the point size set in it's Window preferences pane. Although I don't normally use Courier as an AppleScript scripting font, if I set all fonts to be Courier in ASE, it looks the same as in Xcode for C languages but in Terminal it looks somewhere between 7 and 8 points and the glyphs seem slightly odd (regardless of whether or not 'Antialias text' is checked.
