OK

Look at the folder action script: 
Image - Flip Vertical.scpt 
which is delivered with the operating system.
You will see the code used to move treated files in a subfolder.
Doing that, your script will be triggered when you will re-save a document.
You may change the scheme a bit to store the treated documents in a folder outside the one linked to the script.
