No, because we're counting inclusively, whether there's a weekend
adjustment or not. If you start on Thursday and the current day is
Friday, that's two business days, not one. If you start on Thursday
and the current day is still that same Thursday, that's one business
day, not zero. That's what the inclusive count means, and that's what
NETWORKDAYS function in Excel will say.
So if you start on Thursday and it's now Saturday, the correct answer
is still 2 - but if you move the end date it to Monday and count
Thursday to Monday, that would be THREE, which is incorrect for a
Saturday end.
