Check the docsets installed on your machine with Xcode.
Xcode->Preferences->Documentation->Check and get now, downloads them to
/Developer/Documentation/DocSets/ and
/Library/Developer/Shared/Documentation/DocSets/. The first contains
com.apple.ADC_Reference_Library.DeveloperTools.docset which should be the
latest info and contains a Tour of Xcode to get you started. Alternatively,
join the Apple Developer Connection->Mac Dev Center
<http://developer.apple.com/support/mac/devcenter/ > and peruse the
documentation via your browser.
