Zoom text in Safari window

I have a script that displays a number of web pages, one after another on a
wall mounted monitor.

One problem we've noticed is that on some pages the text, particularly the
headlines, is clear and easy to read, but on other pages it's too small.

If I zoom or zoom text the small text on those pages works but the text on
other pages also zooms.

So I'm wondering if it's possible, with AppleScript, via AppleScript calling
JavaScript or GUI, to open pages in safari with a specified text zoom
setting. (I can use GUI to change the setting after the page opens, but that
doesn't look so good.)

While we're on the topic are there any good resources that list all the
javascript commands available using Safari's 'do JavaScript' command?
