OS X : AppleScript -> Standardized way to deal with paths (folders and files)

Periodically I work with AppleScript and going back and forth between aliases, short unix posix paths, long unix posix paths ,text paths, for files and folders sometimes takes some playing around. Once you get into AppleScript for a few days it all comes back, but a while back I wrote a handler that takes as input any form of path, and returns nine standard standard outputs all in one shot, so that anything you might want that deals with paths is a simple deal.

I have been using this for quite while and decided to create a little demo, and upload the files, in case anybody wants them.
