OMM, 10.4.6, Help Viewer works, but HelpViewer doesn’t.  The ap’s name is displayed in the UI and the dictionary as Help Viewer.

I don’t think so, I think the dictionary may not be clear.

The object for the command is the application and it works on the front most document/window.

If you try to specify another object (like a window or a document) it errors out (OMM, Tiger)

There is no “current url” in the dictionary but there is a “current file”, but that also errors.
