What exactly does this mean?  TM stores backups as as sparse images on the
backup drive.  Do you want to delete that, or do you want it to skip doing a
backup at a scheduled time or do you want it to stop backing all together?
Or is it something else?

If it's the first, you may be able to do that just by scripting the finder.
