Changing "open with" (Mac Finder) for certain files

Hi from Beautiful Brittany,

Mac User.

Not very proficient with Applescript, and got no joy when
googling to find a solution.

I have a complete list of all .pdf files on my computer
which (traditionally) all open with "Adobe Reader".
Since I found the "Skim" application, I now want to modify
the "open with" (see the Finder "Get Info" Menu) for certain
of these files, so that they open with the "Skim" application.

Can I do this in Applescript (which I will call from
a LiveCode/Revolution stack) ?

Grateful for any help.

-Francis
