It would have been less confusing if you linked directly to the iText
Express page:

Upshot: iText comes in both Express (free) and Pro (versions), which
you can obtain through the Mac App store.
Unlike LightWayText, the software featured on Yvan's original link,
which is $25 shareware (though it has a link in its sidebar over to
iText Express's page on the same site).
Everybody clear now? :)
