Hi Luther,

This is a shot in the dark, but port 8091 is often used for Transmission Control Protocol (as in "TCP/IP") connections. When there are connection problems, you may see an error message referencing this port (like "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:8091"). This can happen when scripting a browser, email, or web services, for example.

On the other hand, if you're seeing a specific "error number -8091", then my thought is worthless and I have no idea whatsoever what the error might be.
