After a long offline conversation with Yvan KOENIG, (Thanks!) and another Google search, I have found the place where these naughty services are hiding.

Open the folder ~/Library/Caches/, find the file "com.apple.nsservicescache.plist", open it with Property List Editor. Remove the offending items (each appears in two places). Restart.
