By the way, top-posting may help for people with an iPhone (like myself). The little extract below the message title (when scrolling through) often says something more meaningful when top-posted ("Howdy, the fix is foobar. Thanks for all your help!") than when bottom-posted ("On 2011-01-15 at 2:41 PM, Spongebob wrote:").
