Hi Alex,
It's free software available through SourceForge: http://applemods.sourceforge.net/
The package comes in a zip file that contains:
AppleModsTools.osax
Modules (Calendar, List, LoaderHeaderGenerator, Math, Number, Path, Random, Strftime, Types)
Tools Scripts (LoaderWizard.app, OpenModuleDictionary.app, SELoaderWizard.scpt)
Manual (in HTML form)
ReadMe and License files
There's a separate download for SDLoaderWizard.scpt* for Script Debugger. (SELoaderWizard is for Script Editor.) These are called from the script menu to insert module-loading code into your current open script.
The software is freeware under the MIT license. It's no longer being actively developed, but is rock solid in Snow Leopard. Won't know about Lion until I switch, unless someone else has tried it and can report.
