Hey Shane,

Nary a one.  Although...  I am running QuicKeys, Keyboard Maestro, and FastScripts, so it could be that one of these is tickling said process.

Quit delay is set to 300, so that's not it.

I don't have time to track this down right now, but when I do I'll post to the list.
