Hello
I ran your script for see and you are perfectly right.
It create the block :
--Apple-Mail-48--995461825
Content-Type: multipart/related;
type="text/html";
boundary=Apple-Mail-49--995461824
--Apple-Mail-49--995461824
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
Content-Type: text/html;
charset=us-ascii
<html><head></head><body style=3D"word-wrap: break-word; =
-webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; =

which doesn't exist when I create the same mail by hand.
I must add that even the block describing the pictures is not exactly the same.
When the mail is created by the script, the header is :
--Apple-Mail-49--995461824
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: inline;
filename*=iso-8859-1''2010_10_10  15.19.06.jpg
Content-Type: image/jpeg;
name="=?iso-8859-1?Q?2010=5F10=5F10_=E0_15=2E19=2E06=2Ejpg?="
Content-Id: <48E6FF0A-0468-4A38-B509-54BF645D7CDD>
When I create the mail by hand, the header is :
--Apple-Mail-51--994894954
Content-Disposition: inline;
filename*=iso-8859-1''2010_10_10  15.19.06.jpg
Content-Type: image/jpg;
x-mac-hide-extension=yes;
x-unix-mode=0644;
name="=?iso-8859-1?Q?2010=5F10=5F10_=E0_15=2E19=2E06=2Ejpg?="
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
I don't know which difference is responsible of the different behavior.
