You can open the dictionary in ASE, save it as a .sdef file, and open it in a text editor. That's the *hard* way.
Mind you, this is probably one of the few cases where it's needed.
But IMO, anyone doing serious scripting, especially of an app like InDesign, is a total masochist or has way too much spare time if they aren't using Script Debugger.
