Yes and another experiment later I've found that "Enable access for assistive devices" is unnecessarily complicated by this:
I turned it off;
I logged into a standard user;
I turned it on, requiring an admin username & password;
I logged out and back into my usual (admin) user;
It was turned on.
So ... "Enable access for assistive devices" is a computer-wide setting, not a user preference.
Why????????
If one user on the computer needs this, why do the others have to have it enabled?
Why shouldn't this be a user preference?
