I've written a simple utility to simplify code-signing -- you can get it here: <http://www.macosxautomation.com/applescript/apps/readmyscripts.html>. It's just a standard AppleScript droplet, code-signed of course. The code is visible, so you can see what it does and modify to suit your own requirements.
