Hello everyone…

I've got a very simple Applescript...

do shell script "/usr/local/bin/dcMailAlert"

It works… that's good.

What I want it to do is run the shell script and continue with the Applescript (actually it will finish)…

I'm using this script as a "Rule" in Mail.app - so if I have incoming mail messages… this script runs… but for the moment it seems to be causing a hold up with mail processing (downloading and applying other rules etc).

Any index as to how to kick of this task/script and move on?

- David
