Yes. It should be launching the application bundle, not the executable
(assuming there is a bundle).
Pardon
me, as i told earlier in am new to this, would appreciate that how to launch
the application bundle?
My
App Bundle structure:
AppABC------AdobeAir.dmg
Info.plist
MAC
OS------------AppABC(Unix Executable File)
Pkginfo
Resources-----config.plist
ErrorDialog.nib
AppABC-----------Content----Info.plist
MainMenu.nic Content-------AppABC(Unix Exe File)Creating Alias for this file
NativeInstaller.icns pkginfo
Resources---AppDATA
So,
I am creating an alias for the file i have marked so.
Should
I execute the bundle/application in some other way?

Yes. It should be launching the application bundle, not the executable (assuming there is a bundle).
