Mount volume is what you want.
It's in Neuburg's AppleScript guide.
Bear in mind that your password and username may be sent in unencrypted text.
I'd click in the Finder, press command K, and then enter the info as Stan mentioned. OR, enter the info without colon and password. This will force a dialog to appear. You can enter the username and password and click the Remember button. This will enter the info into your keychain.
Unmount your server.
Then you can use an AppleScript like this:
mount volume "ftp://fluffybunniesarefluffy.com/EffTeaPee"
EffTeaPee would be the name of your volume that you log in to.
Not sure if you have to tell a specific application to do this or if it's just an all around AppleScript command that can be accessed anywhere.
