Luther and Shane are both right on the ball.  Shane's technically correct: Xcode is now installed as a user-specific application.  But Luther's gripe about the user-specific documentation has merit too.  If Xcode is installed on a single machine by three users Is it really necessary to install three identical and massive copies of the documentation?
