In my continuing effort to control the viewability of my iMac I'm now looking to scale the Zoom of the screen.
I can get the size of the screen with; tell (do shell script "/usr/sbin/system_profiler SPDisplaysDataType | grep Resolution") to set {monitor_R, monitor_B} to {word 2 as number, word 4 as number} -- get screen size for monitor
And I can do a Control Scroll to Zoom in.
Now, using a shortcut key combo, I would like to scale the Desktop (not a window) up so that a preselected window fills the screen.
Is this even possible?
Hello
On my side I don't understand what you want to achieve. As far as I know, the Desktop size is defined by the physical features of your display. Given that I see no way to scale the Desktop but maybe I understood wrongly your question.
Look at the Universal Access Control Panel. I think it will help you understand.
