You are really efficient if you are able to know the list of files embedded in a package like those created by iWork applications (when they are set to save as packages which is the format which deliver the smaller number of corrupted documents).
I work with such documents since year 2007 (iWork '08 and iWork '09) and I'm unable to achieve this task.
